Adecco US, Inc. Full Time Maintenance Tech in Cheyenne, Wyoming

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Cheyenne, Wyoming to find an experienced Maintenance Technician for a temporary to hire opportunity. The role involves overseeing facility and grounds maintenance, and may entail independent or team-based work. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of one year of professional maintenance experience, proficiency in various building systems (including plumbing, electrical, and heating), and a dedication to maintaining clean and safe environments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Groundskeeping: Maintain exterior grounds, including mowing, trimming, and litter removal.

  2. Painting: Perform touch-ups, prep surfaces, and maintain paint supplies.

  3. Filter Maintenance: Clean and replace HVAC filters, keep accurate records.

  4. Move-Out Clean-Up: Prepare units for new occupants, dispose of trash.

  5. Vendor Management: Coordinate external services, monitor performance.

  6. General Maintenance: Ensure premises cleanliness, respond to requests promptly, maintain records and safety standards, collaborate with team members.

  7. Travelling to different locations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience.

  • Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.

Compensation:

  • Pay: $26 per hour.

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Temporary to hire opportunity with a salary review after temporary period

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
