PeopleReady Electrician Helper in Chester, Virginia

PeopleReady Skilled Trades division is looking for the ideal candidate with Electrical experience. The candidate must be able to work on under supervision of an Electrician, to perform service calls for residential and commercial jobs. Must have at least 2 years of electrical experience. This is a temp to perm position.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $18 - $22 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to follow directions

  • Must have knowledge of electrical materials

  • Must be able to install light fixtures, lamps, ceiling fans and ballasts

  • Must have knowledge to install and repair receptacles

  • Must be able to use test meter

  • Must be able use hands to grasp, hold, turn and pull

  • Must be able to pull wire

  • Candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance

  • Must fill safe with climbing a ladder and be able to work from various heights

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass background check

  • Must have 2 years electric experience in residential and commercial setting

  • Must be have good communication skills

  • Must be able to work outdoors
