J & S FARMS, INC. Farm Ag Assistant - Ag Equip. Operator in CHESTER, Montana

Temporary Full time from 4/1/2024 - 10/1/2024 Employee will perform duties such as drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Machinery to include Tractor(s), Seeder, Air Drill, Sprayer, Grain Cart, Combine(s) etc. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, mower and drill to tractor for mowing and or tillage. Employee must have knowledge of how to properly move seeding and harvesting equipment safely from field to field. Employee will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing equipment, basic facility maintenance/upkeep and shop work. Employee must be able to take instructions and implement them thoroughly and work independently. Employee will not operate any vehicles over 26,001lb GVW Weight limit. Applicant must have 3 months experience with farm work. Applicants hired must have an active driver's license from their State, Home Country or an International Driver license, as driving on public roads may be required.
