CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Chester!

Role Summary:

  • React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA’s

  • Technical awareness of computer room/call centre/trader operations and experience of power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling etc

  • Test and diagnose power quality issues

  • Understand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes & O&M’s

  • Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly

  • Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence

The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled engineer who is proficient in various disciplines, capable of handling a range of maintenance and repairs on-site. Their responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, conducting repairs across different systems, and ensuring smooth operations on site.

Hours

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8am - 5pm

  • On-Call schedule available

Qualifications & Experience

  • 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations

  • Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use

  • Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH
