Chenega Corporation Professional Services SBU, a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for a Part-Time Office Support Administrator who will be responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, and facilities. Responsible for coordinating office services and related activities for the maximum utilization of services and office equipment. Responsible for providing arrangements for office meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Part-Time In-Office Support: Monday - Thursday, 10 AM - 3 PM. ( Estimate 20 hours per week ).

  • Greet and direct visitors, business partners, interview candidates, and customers.

  • Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.

  • Supports Presidents, Vice Presidents, and other management members as needed.

  • Support development and distribution of company newsletter.

  • Coordinates overall administrative activities for the office.

  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.

  • Participates as needed in special department projects, such as employee engagement activities.

  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

  • Assist with the research and creation of various types of presentations and reports

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required or Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in office administration.

  • Knowledge of Desktop publishing and Website maintenance.

  • Experienced with Microsoft Suite and Office 365.

  • Highly proficient verbal communication and writing skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem solving

  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining good rapport and discretion in communicating with the public, stakeholders, and employees.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment with changing needs.
