Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Engineering Strategy and Planning:

Craft and implement a cohesive virtual engineering strategy that encompasses stamping, gigacasting, and body engineering programs.

Champion the adoption and integration of Siemens Digital tools to build a robust and standardized virtual engineering framework.

Global Standardization and Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with regional teams to ensure that virtual engineering deliverables meet global standards and local needs.

Promote the exchange of best practices and drive the harmonization of virtual processes across all regions.

Digital Tools Mastery:

Ensure in-depth knowledge of Siemens Digital tools relevant to stamping, gigacasting, and body engineering, including CAD, CAE, and simulation software.

Manage the integration of these tools with existing systems to enable efficient and accurate virtual engineering workflows.

Virtual Deliverables Oversight:

Oversee the development and delivery of all virtual engineering deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and of high quality.

Implement effective project management practices to track progress, manage risks, and achieve deliverables in alignment with program goals.

Professional Development and Training:

Identify skill gaps within the team and develop targeted training programs for Siemens Digital tools and virtual engineering methodologies.

  • Proficiency with Siemens Digital tools, including expertise in CAD, CAE, and simulation technologies.

  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across various geographic locations.
