Job Title: Production Engineer

Summary:To lead the daily operations in the areas of EHS, quality, production and implementing continuous improvements initiatives in coordination with Team members, and cross functional team

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations to effectively deliver quality product, production schedule attainment and also strict adherence to EHS requirements.

  • Implement the continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of Quality, Safety, Cost and People.

  • Monitor and measure the variance and implement the approved action.

  • Participation in internal and regulatory audits and ensure follow up actions, Initiates and documents change controls as appropriate.

  • Coordinate all change management activities in the area.

  • Working with Team members and maintenance team on prioritizing the Maintenance work

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • B.Tech (Chemical engineering) with 5-9 years of experience
