  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence dashboard design

  • Experience in Python, SAS, R and/or SQL

  • Ability to collect, consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Ability to work with & manipulate large sets of data

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, GCP data products, GCP analytics products, GCP visualization products

  • Experience with statistical analysis, descriptive analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Qliksense/PowerBI/Google Looker/Tableau/Excel

  • Experience developing complex but efficient data queries by joining data from disparate data-sources to derive critical insights. These will be visualized on the dashboards.

  • Interest in learning new technologies

  • A combination of strong technical proficiency, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

  • A strong acumen for developing a deep understanding of digital products, their success metrics, and translating those to the data querying and visualization needs for reporting and dashboarding. Further, designing and developing the queries, and visualization solutions based on those needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business, customer personas and customer pain points, and develop a strong understanding of Ford Credit business to provide the right analytical solutions.

  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights to product teams.

  • Responsible for data analysis, data mapping, data extraction, data preparation, data cleansing, data querying, and data visualization.

  • Generate reports and analyses and present findings to aid decision-making.

  • Aggregate large data sets in Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, Qliksense, GCP Looker, GCP BigQuery or other analytical tools for analysis.

  • Contribute to data collection discussions, identifying critical information and data sources.

  • Create, validate, deploy, and monitor performance of statistical models based on large datasets.

  • Create and maintain dashboards, automated reports, report templates & presentations using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Responsible for producing reports on daily/weekly/monthly reporting on business trends and the status of digital experience.

  • Leverage a wide range of statistical techniques and tools.

  • Ensure overall quality of the data and solutions throughout the analytical development process.

  • Create business-critical data visualizations and compelling stories and presentations from data.

  • Designing, developing, deploying and maintaining business intelligence and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science

• Master's or PhD

• Experience using AI/ML and/or statistics in an applied/industry environment

• Ability to translate complex quantitative methods into business insights and present to a non-technical audience
