Amazon Sales Rep, Inbound AM, NSR in Chengdu, China
Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual with mass account management experience to drive China-based existing sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global Mile. The Mass management account manager will partner with sellers, marketing team, product team and other sales teams to grow sellers’ businesses on Amazon Global Mile, including identifying opportunities to onboard new seller, driving units adoption, growing revenue, monitoring seller’s healthy growth, performance, product quality, as well as working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon. The mass management account manager will own forecasting, monitoring, analysis and reporting on CN-based existing seller business.
The successful mass management account manager will:
Work with existing sellers to drive the units adoption, performance, utilization ratio and grow revenue through daily account management with Amazon Global Mile
Reactivate dormant or sleeping seller and drive sellers' commitment
Use scalable way to drive massive seller business and understand data analysis on sales trends, portraits and insights on develop recommendations grow the business
Provide mass livebroadcast & trainings to help Seller quickly ramp up on Amazon Global Mile and become an expert in using internal tools to achieve results
Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, invent and simplify, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
Experience in e-commerce
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
