JOB PURPOSE:

  • Provide effective training plan for sales team and support sales team to achieve GBU/BU sales target.

  • Design solutions according to the needs of business departments, provide standard or customized training courses, actively follow up training and evaluate training results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Support NHT (New Hire Training ) work

  • Cooperate with BU to complete NHT work, assist in revising and updating training courses, track and evaluate training results

  • Track the behavior change of trainees, evaluate the training effect and provide feedback

  • Implement the training plan (involve the standard course and the training program) in the regional

  • In charge of Training Record ordely.

  • Support GBU/BU related training programs

  • Support BU product strategy training

  • Support standard course training as per Learning Roadmap

  • Support Omni-Channel course training

  • Other ad-hoc training as assigned

  • Tracking training results

  • Be responsible for the training effectiveness and quality improvement

  • Track the behavior change of target employees/field force team, provide feedback after field coaching as allocated

  • Provide relevant guidance for sales to improve their professional capabilities

  • Assessment

  • Regularly communicate with BU and update the online test question bank

  • Provide assesment report and communicate with training team and BU in time

  • Based on the assessment report, provide suggestions, carry out and track the implementation

  • DM capability assessment

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor degree or above

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 3 years pharma field force experience

  • At least 3 years of pharmaceutical field force management experience or market management experience

  • At least 3 years trainer experience(preferred)

  • Project management experience(would be better)

Core competencies:

  • Good presentation skill

  • Excellent communication skill, good planner and organizer

  • Be able to work under pressure

  • Good at coaching and assessment
