Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Key in the information in system. Make sure the information in system is correct and align with requirement.

· Follow the SOP and requirement to check the material and contact seller to clarify unclear information.

· Escalate the issue and problem timely. Focusing on process improvement that would provide the best possible seller/customer experience.

· Manage daily, weekly or monthly business reporting as required.

· Additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)

  • Excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines

  • 1-3 years of experience in brokerage, logistics or freight forwarding fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Customer service experience with a multinational logistics related company

  • Direct experience with United States import brokerage requirements and documentation

  • Experience with data analysis in Microsoft Excel

  • Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives
