Monroe Staffing Forklift Operator in Chelsea, Massachusetts

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in the lumber yard. The ideal candidate will operate a forklift to move lumber and other materials around the yard, load and unload trucks, and assist with various tasks. This position involves working outdoors in different weather conditions and requires the ability to lift heavy objects. Responsibilities: Safely operate a forklift to transport lumber and other materials around the yard. Load and unload trucks with lumber and other building materials. Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing materials. Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment as needed. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while operating forklifts and handling materials. Assist with other tasks in the lumber yard as directed by supervisors. Requirements: Proven experience operating a forklift, preferably in a lumber yard or similar environment. Valid forklift certification/license. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in an outdoor environment. Strong attention to detail and focus on safety. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Schedule: Monday to Friday \| 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
