Position Summary

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing high-quality medical equipment that directly impacts the lives of patients worldwide which will enhance patient care and improve healthcare outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills across a variety of production areas related to catheter assembly and machine operation, utilizing a wide range of equipment, fixtures, gauges, and hand tools to manufacture, assemble, test, and package medical device products.

Principal Responsibilities

• Follow clean room protocols including good hygiene, gowning, hair net & PPE.

• Meet or exceed daily production goals.

• Follow safety regulations and maintain safety awareness.

• Adhere to policies, work instructions, quality regulations, SOPs, WI, cGMPs, GDPs, and FDA

guidelines in the effort to manufacture high-quality medical devices at all times.

• Perform assembly of components, chassis and assemblies working from written instructions, drawings and BOMs.

• Assemble various electronic and mechanical assemblies such as cables, wires, connectors, components, etc.

• Perform product testing and final assembly packaging.

• Perform repair/rework on assemblies.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior medical device manufacturing experience preferred.

• Must be able to read and understand policies, procedures, and processes written in English.

• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to complete Assembler Quality System Training.

SCHEDULE

• 1st shift schedule 5:00 am - 1:00 pm (Monday-Friday), OT on Saturday (as-needed basis)

• 2nd shift schedule 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Monday-Friday), OT on Saturday (as-needed basis)
