Primary Responsibilities:

SALES

  • Achieve growth through account acquisition

  • Identify target accounts and execute business development strategy by leveraging internal and external resources

  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with key decision makers and influencers to convey the value of Aston Carter's solutions

  • Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms

Service

  • Drive growth by expanding current account relationships

  • Partner with clients to strategically advise on hiring strategies and seek feedback to optimize performance

  • Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality talent

  • Proactively market resumes of ideal candidates

Leadership

  • Proactively communicate account knowledge and activity to educate team

  • Manage and develop business partnership with recruiter(s) by reinforcing recruiting fundamentals, requiring accountability, and providing consistent feedback

Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:

Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Aston Carter offers a base salary of $60,000-$60,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):
