[POSITION PURPOSE *[Truck Driver Light (F)[ ensures the safe and timely delivery of all merchandise and materials.   • Reports daily as directed to receive schedule.

[Conducts inspection of assigned vehicle before, during and after daily trips as prescribed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the organization.]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

• Completes daily vehicle inspection report and submits to management team members.
• Maintains accurate records and logs at all times and signs all necessary paperwork daily.
• Reports any damage or potential problem noticed with vehicle on the pre and post trips inspections.

• Practices safe loading and unloading to prevent movement, shifting load and allow safe transport per NHTSA requirements.
• Always chock wheels properly and secure the load.
• Never deviate from scheduled routes.
• Never use vehicle for personal use.
• Keeps the interior and exterior of vehicle clean.
• Does not have, use, or consume food, drink, or tobacco products in the vehicle.
• Does not operate a personal cell phone or other personal electronic devices in vehicle while driving.
• Installs and removes tire chains and other equipment as needed.
