In this role you will create highly effective lead generation strategies by planning, creating, building, and managing multi-channel digital campaigns and outcomes. You’ll help our healthcare clients find success in engaging their community while staying on-target to achieve defined KPIs and objectives. You will also know how to provide campaign insights and recommendations daily, weekly and monthly through campaign data and reporting.
We are looking for a cutting-edge digital marketer with 5+ years of proven experience in campaign development, deployment and results in a dynamic agency environment. Senior Paid Media Manager Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of proven experience writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on complex multi-channel paid media campaigns
Experience running media in Google Ads (paid search, display, YouTube, etc.), Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, OTT
Advising/mentoring other Digital Marketing Specialists to achieve better outcomes from your suggested optimizations
Experience in outlining reports to showcase campaign data effectively to clients
Experience in setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics
Experience recommending and implementing adjustments to strategy and/or changes to campaign components to enhance results (example A/B testing)
Experience with conversion landing page tools
Experience with email platforms
Expert knowledge on conducting keyword research for paid and organic content
Expert knowledge and technical understanding of channel-specific terminology for paid digital media, SEO, marketing automation, tracking and analytics, email marketing, and social media
Google Ads and Analytics certifications
