We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Roofing Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on residential properties. As a well-established company, our focus is to continue providing top-tier quality work while placing a strong emphasis on building positive relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Be able to perform reroof and repairs

  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure all work is done within safety guidelines

  • Remove debris and clean-up job sites after completing roofing projects

  • Accurately estimate time and materials needed for roofing jobs

  • Communicate with account managers on all aspects of the project including scheduling, materials, and work progress

  • Identify potential problems with roofing and make appropriate repairs

  • Collaborate with account manager and project manager to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

  • Must have an active workers comp and general liability policy

  • Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all roofing equipment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills

  • Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work at heights and in varying weather conditions

  • Possess a valid driver's license

  • Must have own tools and reliable transportation

  • Live currently in the U.S
