Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gutters Contractor to join our team. Our company has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for 14 years, delivering quality repairs and clear communication to residents and homeowners. As a Gutters Contractor, you will be responsible for providing gutter installation, repair, and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that their gutter systems are functioning properly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Installing gutters and downspouts.

  • Repairing and replacing damaged or outdated gutters.

  • Cleaning and maintaining gutters to prevent clogs and blockages.

  • Inspecting gutter systems and identifying any issues or necessary repairs.

  • Ensuring proper drainage and flow of rainwater.

  • Working with clients to assess their gutter needs and provide recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • General Liability Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in gutter installation, repair, and maintenance.

  • Knowledge of different gutter materials and installation techniques.

  • Ability to work at heights and use ladders safely.

  • Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate measurements.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Currently in the US
