Job Summary

Operate machine and do set ups. Operates and programs the forming press.Must know how to operate the following machines: Amada RG, TRUMPF truebend 5130 and or TRUMPF Truebend 7036.Responsible for meeting safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

Under minimal supervision, sets up, operates and programs the Amada forming press including loading/unloading material and changing tooling.

Inspects and maintains equipment for compliance with safety requirements. Corrects any safety issues prior to performing operations.

Inspects parts per work in process inspection procedure and ensures they meet engineering specifications. Resolves quality and mechanical problems, making minor repairs and equipment adjustments as needed.
