Aider au déploiement des différents projets opérationnels et logistiques liés à l'amélioration continue du service Support Client.

Communication avec les autres services, sous-traitance, MPL, supply chain, transports.

Saisir les information nécessaire dans SAP

Répondre aux clients

Traiter les urgences du jour

Suivre le flux de commandes

Complementary Description

L'apprenti aura à travailler avec les différents outils informatiques du service et mettre en œuvre ses connaissances au service des projets engagés.

Une connaissance de l'anglais est souhaitée.
