Our equipment integrates a wide variety of wafer processing technologies from wet to vacuum; and all the support systems to make them run: Electrical power systems, mechanical utilities, PLC controls, vacuum technology, custom design robotics and mechanisms, high voltage, RF generators, complex motion control, process chemical delivery and more. Successful candidates will be leaders in small, fast-paced teams that design products that meet our customers high expectations.The TEL Technical Program Manager will manage tool project schedules by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet our ship date commitments to the customer by ensuring a smooth transition to the install team upon shipment to our customer.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or a combination of six (6) years professional work experiences and post -secondary education. Responsibilities: Develop and define project requirements with business stakeholders including but not limited to, technology and resource needs, human capital needs and time management. Establish and manage project schedules and timelines. Lead communicator on project requirements, meetings, project issues and delays. Perform regular SMBWA audits, assist with closure of identified issues Responsible for managing committed ship dates and report all non-compliance. Work cross- functionally with Operations, Sales, and Executive meetings to communicate project updates. Assist with budgetary pricing and lead time estimates as needed Coordinate with external vendors as needed to support business Identify facility requirements needed to support new activity and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Facility Eng. and Production Ops. to contract out needed improvements. Back up other Technical Program Managers as necessary to maintain business flow. Travel 10% Preferred Qualifications: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or ability to obtain such is preferred. Experienced in SAP. Proficient in MS office applications, specifically Microsoft Project. Experience measuring, monitoring, and analyzing KPI's. Demonstrated excellent leadership skills and decision-making abilities, high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity. Effective communication with the customer, management, and project team members. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
