(TMEA) is a Tokyo Electron subsidiary in the U.S. We design and manufacture cutting-edge products that are used globally in the electronics industry. Our employees work closely with chip manufacturers, material suppliers, and other equipment suppliers to pursue common goals and learn collectively, ensuring timely solutions to the technology roadmap of the semiconductor industry. A successful Strategy Operations Analyst will combine their technical education and experience to drive scheduling activities in support of organizational objectives, engaging in product design details and maintaining alignment with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Serving as a technical interface between planning, engineering, sales, manufacturing, and support teams Support product configurations in alignment with internal and external customer expectations Work with internal teams to align product specifications with respect to designed product capabilities Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time Accountable for production planning to ensure materials are planned according to schedules Accountable for effective inventory consumption through design change evolution Operate in close partnership with, and provide updates to, the sales, engineering, manufacturing, and technical support teams Participate in engineering design reviews Apply lessons-learned to develop and implementprocess creation andimprovement initiatives Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 4 years of related experience Proven work experience with Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications Experience with Windchill, Team Center, or other PDM system Experience with SAP, or similar ERP Experience with monday.com Knowledge and experience with Bill of Materials, Logistics and Supply Chain Previous experience in Manufacturing, preferably with capital equipment Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and organization Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders within the organization at a high-level professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to clearly provide written reports that identify and quantify risk as well as present sound solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software Physical Requirements The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
