Description

Assertive Professionalsis in search of an Identity Analystto support ourNational Security CustomerinCharlottesville, VA. Must be willing to deploy for at least 6 months.Employees will receive uplift pay and a $10k deployment bonus for every 6 months completed.

We also offer either a sign-on bonus of$1,000 or up to $2,000 in reimbursable relocation expenses.

Junior- Base annual compensation is$56,000 + additional shift differential pay per hour and is based on working 1920 hours with 160 hours of PTO. Additional compensation for shift work and deployment uplifts will be given on top of this.

Mid- Base annual compensation is$76,000 + additional shift differential pay per hour and is based on working 1920 hours with 160 hours of PTO. Additional compensation for shift work and deployment uplifts will be given on top of this.

Senior- Base annual compensation is$86,000 + additional shift differential pay per hour and is based on working 1920 hours with 160 hours of PTO. Additional compensation for shift work and deployment uplifts will be given on top of this.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxybronucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks. Fusing identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational informatin related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action. Analyzing friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community. Supporting the Production and Coordination of Doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with applicable DoD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance I2 across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

  • Conducts research within relevant databases, compiles and analyzes necessary data, and synthesizes information to provide an assessment within the scope of the assigned mission, within a government approved format.

  • Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems.

  • Experience with a variety of analytical tools and databases to include but not limited to BI2R/I2AR, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, open source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse, QLIX.

  • Able to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.

  • Able to brief mission and production related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences.

  • Ability to deploy for a minimum of 6 months (if supporting a line of effort that has deployment requirements).

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Junior: Two (2) years - Five (5) years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.

  • Mid: Five (5) - Nine (9) years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.

  • Senior: Ten (10)+ years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.

  • Bachelors Degree in an area from a college or University accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
