We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing orders, as well as operating a forklift as needed. This position requires independence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to meeting deadlines.

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.

  • Utilize a forklift to move and organize inventory as required.

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift and other equipment.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in picking and packing roles.

  • Valid forklift operator certification.

  • Proficiency in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
