Mosaic Pediatric Therapy Training and Compliance Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

 

Mosaic has an opening for a Training and Compliance Coordinator in our Central Office in Charlotte.

This role is ideal for someone who is an RBT or has been one in the past and who understands what it takes to be successful in a clinical role at an ABA company. The individual will work with BCBAs, Lead BTs and CDs as well as their department to ensure all requirements are met.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Training and Compliance.

The Training and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for a number of tasks such as:

  • Ensure RBT supervision is met monthly by tracking requirements and supporting staff to ensure compliance as needed 

  • Audit service documentation as needed for compliance 

  • Support the clinical note audit process by pulling the weekly sample for review and following up with relevant team members regarding the process

  • Support new hire behavior technicians through the full process to obtain their RBT credentials.

  • Support certified staff with obtaining required training and documenting training in company systems.

  • Track outcome measure requirements and follow up with clinicians as needed to ensure completion 

  • Maintains CEU requests from BCBAs

  • Other duties may be assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Organized, driven and self-motivated, bringing energy and good communication skills

  • Must be able to commute to the Charlotte office daily

  • Previous experience in customer service 

  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with little to no guidance

  • Ability to navigate Central Reach with limited guidance
