ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in Charlotte NC for a contract Sr. RCSA Consultant .

JPosition: Sr. RCSA Consultant

Client: Largest Banking Client

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Pay: $63/Hour

Work Authorization: Must be able to work without sponsorship.

Job Description:

  1. Act as the Control team lead for risk governance and as the escalation point for all control issues for aligned business leaders and team.

  2. Guide the Credit Sales & Trading leaders through detailed risk and control evaluations.

  3. Responsible for issue management, documenting and assessing control weaknesses, and conducting root cause analysis.

  4. Conduct advanced planning and coordination with internal testing and examination engagement leaders/teams.

  5. Develop business cases for additional or improved controls to mitigate risk.

  6. Monitor and evaluate emerging risks, operational trends, and external events for potential impact on the control environment.

  7. Provide ongoing, consolidated reporting to ensure senior leaders are aware of progress, risks, challenges, and results.

  8. Establish a formal communication channel to broadcast risk program updates, risk profiles, policy updates, and other key risk program information.

  9. Analyze business, industry, system changes, or other material business environment changes to determine impact and identify and assess operational risk issues.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. Extensive front-line experience with developing and executing risk and control assessment programs.

  2. Experience in large and complex banking or broker/dealer institutions, with risk management leadership experience.

  3. Proven experience with Enterprise Risk Identification process; building and implementing risk programs.

  4. Direct experience in operational risk reporting and escalation programs.

  5. Extensive knowledge of Target State RCSA, process, purpose, scope, and RAU Owners roles.

  6. Strong knowledge of products, services, regulations, policies, business processes, systems, and customers in the Credit Sales & Trading space.

  7. Substantial knowledge and experience in risk management practices and applicable systems and applications used at Wells Fargo.

  8. Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) concepts and policies across risk types.

  9. Strong work ethic, enthusiastic, and performance oriented.

  10. Ability to synthesize data, deliver succinct summaries (both verbal and written), and respond quickly.

  11. Capable of diagnosing business needs, initiating planning, organizing response teams, and implementing and managing change.
