The Senior Finance Director, Procurement and Productivity will provide leadership to create increased visibility into Procurement operational strategy ($3B) of annual spend and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality, and cost-efficiency. You will play a part and engage others in supporting the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well as overseeing material, indirect and projects productivity and inflation reporting. You will also develop integrated indirect expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations, including identifying opportunities for further actions. Additionally, you will drive the Factory Productivity MOS from a finance perspective working closely with the GBE ISC Finance Leads and the IA Engineering team. The group will be responsible for creating and analyzing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately and that insights are being provided to improve the financial results of the company. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting and analysis including for Procurement organization leading all planning and forecasting processes globally for the business, in close cooperation with the Business Unit and Function ISC leaders

• Prepare regular business reviews for ISC’s Senior Leadership Team on productivity and inflation, including focus on Capital projects and Indirect costs

• Operational expertise, has a feel for the performance of the business, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives the business to perform to targets

• Partner with Procurement and Capital Engineering leadership and play a key role in motivating and guiding the Business Units and functions to deliver the Financial goals

• Assist the Accounts Payable COE in improving internal PMT processes that are impacting ability to pay on time

• Identify improvement areas, make them visible to leaders and drive ownership and accountability

• Establish clear processes, document, and train global ISC team members to understand new Digital tools

• Work independently and collaborate effectively

• Lead complex initiatives mainly in digitization and simplification

• Manage numerous priorities at the same time

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 10 + years of experience in multiple areas of Finance (Supply chain, Procurement/Sourcing, FP&A, Commercial CFO etc.)

• Extensive financial systems and reporting experience

• Factory, Supply chain, Cost Accounting & Transformation experience

• Experience developing forecasts and operating plans

• Exceptional analytical skills and data usage (linking results to drivers)

• Direct communication with clarity at all levels and ability to challenge status quo, drive transformation and action across the organization

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence peers, managers, and senior leaders in the organization

• Ability to build exceptional talent, coach and develop direct and indirect reports, creating succession

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and assertive individual

• The ability to make consistent and timely decisions

• The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues

• Proficiency in Hyperion, SAP systems and Tableau visualization
