Description

  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.

  • Design and maintain database structures and schemas to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Create advanced Excel models and spreadsheets to summarize and visualize data for reporting purposes.

  • Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports to communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SSIS for data integration and automation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.

  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a SQL Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on SQL and T-SQL.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report development and visualization.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling is a plus.

  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar are desirable.
