Senior Learning Instructor – Anywhere Real Estate (Fortune 500)

(Location – Remote (Pacific or Mountain Time Zone Preferred) / up to 50% travel)

The Senior Learning Instructor plays a pivotal role in consulting with leaders of Company-Owned and affiliated Coldwell Banker real estate offices focusing on guiding and collaborating with these key stakeholders to implement, align, and leverage learning strategies to foster business growth and scalability.

As a seasoned consultant, trainer, and compelling speaker, you will deliver tailored leadership and agent-facing learning and training programs that align with the vision and strategies of the Coldwell Banker Learning & Development Team.

Drawing from your extensive experience as a real estate sales practitioner and brokerage leader, you will offer valuable insights, best practices, and hands-on guidance to support the professional development of affiliated leaders and agents.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Learning and Development for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, underscoring its strategic importance within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult on implementing learning initiatives and courses to foster business growth and scalability.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in different areas of residential and commercial real estate sales and management skills.

  • Analyze and evaluate organizational learning needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and strategic consulting services to optimize learning and development initiatives, processes, and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with clients to implement innovative learning strategies, programs, and initiatives.

  • Deliver training content for virtual and in-person delivery to the network.

  • Use various instructional techniques and formats to incorporate simulations, case studies, role-plays, and team exercises/discussions.

  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to capture sales best practices and provide guidance for classroom delivery options and ideas.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services, offer customized learning solutions, and address each client's unique needs and challenges.

  • Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders of affiliated and company-owned Coldwell Banker real estate offices.

  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and consultations to assess client needs, provide ongoing support, and align learning strategies with business goals and objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant, offering strategic insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions to drive performance improvement, innovation, and business success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in training and delivery.

  • Real estate sales and management experience is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrates success in managing small and large classroom groups (both virtually and live).

  • Experience in delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse audiences.

  • Track record in managing client accounts and managing a book of business.

  • Strong organization, administrative, and time management skills.

  • Ability to analyze and evaluate organizational learning needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation/delivery.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality.

  • Competency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word).

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.

  • Ability to travel up to 14 business days out of the month.
