In this role, you will:
Mainframe software product installation and support: Provides technical support for software products that run on the z/OS operating systems.
This includes complex software configuration, patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting.
Uses diagnostic tools and/or detailed vendor specifications to analyze complex system software problems.
Develops documentation for software requirements and operational procedures.
Determines security access requirements for software products.
Performs all compliance procedures associated with acquiring, maintaining, and disposing of software assets.
Contribute to the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements.
Drive solutions to reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR), enable High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
Champion and support other team members by reducing churn and waste, removing blockers, escalating issues and helping to mentor and grow team members.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
4+ years of z/OS experience
4+ years of TSO (Time Sharing Options) experience
4+ years of experience with zSeries mainframe operating systems and storage systems
4+ years of JCL (Job Control Language) experienceexperience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications :
4+ years REXX programming
4+ years Assembler programming
4+ years SMP/E experience
4+ years supporting IBM, Broadcom, BMC or other mainframe vendor software products
3+ years z/OS UNIX System Services

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
