Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Lead cloud implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests on client cloud environments

  • Create, implement, and assist in the development of scripts to automate everyday operations

  • Monitor and maintain multiple environments based on client requirements

  • Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy micro services-based applications in public cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience

  • 6+ years of experience with implementation, migrations and upgrades in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure Cloud environment with at least 5 years of GCP experience

  • Hands on experience with either Linux or Windows OS Administration

  • Install, configure, automate, and monitor various Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS).

  • Experience with Security- IAM, Active Directory, Centrify, MFA, McAfee AV, Tenable/Nessus, Trend Micro, Splunk. Setup High Availability and DR environments in GCP

  • Experience with previous Cloud Migrations

  • Automation scripting experience with Ansible, Perl, Bash, Shell, Python

  • Experience building and deploying micro-based applications in cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes

  • Strong understanding of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Certification

  • Active Security Clearance
