As a Sales Manager for PSS Services and Honeywell Enterprise Mobility here at Honeywell, you will lead a team focused on driving sales and revenue growth in the US&C region. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling PSS Services and Honeywell Enterprise Mobility solutions to customers in the transportation, logistics, warehousing, and retail industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for PSS Services and Honeywell Enterprise Mobility solutions.

• Lead and motivate a sales team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding market share and penetrating new verticals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of the transportation, logistics, warehousing, and retail industries.
