Python Developer – Internship Program (Graduate Students OR Currently Pursuing)

Charlotte NC 28273 - Onsite role

12+ month contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent.

Available to work 20 - 40 hours/week.

Part Time & Full Time both available

Overview :

Our Fortune 500 client (One of the world's automation companies) in Charlotte NC 28273 is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their innovative team.

Responsibilities:

-Interact with gas turbine design engineers to facilitate daily design work

-Interact with Whole Engine Modeling engineers to familiarize with the various existing Python scripts for creation of engine cycle definition.

-Clean-up/harmonize the existing scripts and re-write, if necessary, in a more structured way

-Create a manual or step-by-step instructions on the finalized script for creation of engine cycle definition.

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing a degree in an engineering field from an accredited College or University. Graduate students are highly desirable.

Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in Python programming.

Available to work 20 - 40 hours/week.

The start date for this Internship role is for Spring/Summer 2024 .
