At CESO, a Landscape Architect Project Manager will partner alongside our multi-disciplinary team of experts that include land planners, landscape architects, surveyors, civil engineers, environmental experts, and architects. Primary responsibilities would include: • Meet with external and internal project stakeholders (i.e., clients, engineers, architects) to understand the requirements of a project • Responsible for assisting on planning of residential projects • Meet with local jurisdictions involving zoning and rezoning issues • Research local ordinances and various codes • Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures • Outline possible solutions that align with client needs • Prepare site plans and graphic model representations of plans using AutoCAD, and Photoshop. • Responsible for assisting in the oversight of budgets and timelines for each project • Conduct job site visits to check on the progress of projects and ensure specifications have been adhered to • Pre to post closeout oversight • Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple projects simultaneously • Conduct regular project reviews with the client through the preparation of status reports • Ability to manage client and vendor relationships • Other duties as assigned Position requirements include: • A Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school • Knowledge regarding land-use and planning activities • Landscape Architectural registration is not required • Experience in simultaneously balancing multiple projects • Ability to function independently as well as in a collaborative team environment • Travel required on an as-needed basis • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits and Perks Include: • Flexible and Hybrid Work Schedule • Paid Time Off – Credited to You 100% Upfront • Paid Holidays • Medical / Dental / Vision Coverage including High Deductible Health Plan • Welcome Box • Rewards and Recognition Program • 401K with a Company Match • Casual Dress Code • Reimbursement for Professional Licenses • Paid Time Off for Community Team Service Events • Short-Term / Long-Term Disability • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Maternity / Paternity Leave • Employee events such as lunches and outings to foster a positive work environment CESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity.
