Description We are in search of a dedicated Project Manager to be stationed in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves leading various projects, coordinating with different teams, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and delivering results in a timely manner. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead various projects and facilitate meetings to ensure smooth project execution

• Collaborate with business leadership teams to understand challenges, solve problems, and enhance processes aligning with business needs

• Provide administrative support to leadership teams by building complex project presentations outlining solutions to challenges and future plans

• Promote a culture of continuous process improvement, focusing on end-to-end workflow and process skills

• Support the development and execution of new hire training modules and programs

• Schedule and attend meetings, ensuring accurate capture and recording of minutes

• Create and manage timelines for various projects, using various software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools

• Maintain impeccable verbal and written communication to navigate different personalities and levels within the organization

• Ensure the continuous improvement of quality and processes, and monitor project status to intervene when necessary

• Use proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create and present high-quality presentations. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in project management and implementation.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficient in planning processes and budget processes.

• Ability to review and enhance project quality.

• Experience with database management and spreadsheets.

• Skilled in creating and delivering presentations, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with workstation support and administrative assistance.

• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end project management processes.

• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in proofreading and ensuring all communication is error-free.

• Experience in time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of the programming language Go would be advantageous.

• Ability to capture and document key project information effectively.

• Prior experience in providing administrative assistance.

• Demonstrable skills in PowerPoint presentation design and delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in project execution and processes.

• Previous experience in an end-to-end project management role is essential.
