Pay Rate :

$152,300 - $203,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual and long-term incentive plans.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Create a positive work environment that is proactive toward safety and health.

  • Ensure all environmental, health and safety, including company policy and laws, state and federal regulations are in place and effectively managed.

  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of, and coordinate, key functions to ensure that customer needs are understood and satisfied, including sales and marketing, design, temporary displays, project management, fulfillment, kitting and pack-out, warehousing, logistics, human resources, quality, financials, and continuous improvement.

  • Accountable for profit and loss of the facility.

  • Manufacturing, including throughput, cost control, maintenance, quality, inventories control and meeting budgeted production metrics.

  • Sales, including local sales, customer service, and partnering with Sales Director to achieve superior customer focus, establish and meet facility sales goals, identify and target market segments, deploying division pricing strategy.

  • Strategic planning, including business, marketing and capital planning processes; ensure that all company assets are managed effectively.

  • Helping to maintain and support positive labor relations, including workforce engagement, diversity, recruiting and hiring, employee and leadership development.

  • Financial management, including establishing and managing budgets and compliance with financial controls.

  • Ensure that all management, technical, and human resource systems, especially engagement, employee development, and succession planning, are current, effectively utilized, and improved where possible.

  • Effectively manage the relationship between International Paper and the community.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • Seven to ten years of cross-functional expertise and management experience in Contract Manufacturing and/or Packaging desired.

  • Extensive technical knowledge and/or line experience with corrugated products, markets and manufacturing processes.

  • Knowledge of the point-of-purchase industry large national retailers, and/or consumer packaged goods companies is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.

  • Building Effective Teams and employee engagement

  • Knowledge of co-employment and experience in working closely with staffing agencies and a large temporary workforce.
