Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our Charlotte New Home Sales Team.

We're looking for people that realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience. We offer a work environment that encourages our team to serve our customers, both internal and external.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Prospecting, marketing and promoting new business

  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

  • Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community

  • Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members

  • Understanding the loan process

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required

    Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written

  • Great listening skills and creative problem solving

  • Proven closing, as well as negotiating skills

  • Proactive follow-up with prospective customers

  • Follow-through with commitments

  • Energy and enthusiasm for their work

  • A proven background in prospecting and developing marketing strategies

  • Strong degree of integrity

  • Solid organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize

  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
