Description

We're seeking a skilled Network Administrator with expertise in Cisco switches and routers, access points, SD-WAN, and VLAN configurations to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Cisco switches and routers to support network operations efficiently.

  • Implement and manage access points to provide seamless and secure wireless connectivity across the organization.

  • Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions to enhance network performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Configure and troubleshoot VLANs to segment network traffic and optimize bandwidth usage.

  • Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime and responsiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements and compliance standards.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with network-related issues and inquiries.

  • Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard company data and resources.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration, with a focus on Cisco technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco switches, routers, and access points, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in VLAN configuration and management.

  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and protocols.

  • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.

  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
