Position Purpose:

Responsible for coordinating and supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of the Medicare line of business. Strategically and tactically, this person will develop key inside sales objectives related to sales and outreach for each product line.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement inbound staffing plans that achieve established service and production levels based on estimated inbound call volume.

  • Oversee and optimize book-of-business aging report and Inside Sales Representative performance report analysis.

  • Design, develop, implement and track quality process improvements to further optimize lead conversion rates and track the effectiveness of improvement through reporting, monitoring, data audit and feedback from Inside Sales call center staff

  • Implement and oversee performance management program measuring performance and responding to results.

  • Assist in training agents on the use of tele-sales tools, systems access and Medicare enrollment regulations

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of call center management for potential Medicare members at a Medicare Health Plan experience required.

  • 3+ years of supervisor/management experience required.

  • Direct insurance sales experience is preferred

License/Certification:

DOI Health and Life license required.
