TEKsystems Loss Mitigation Underwriter in Charlotte, North Carolina

TEKsystems is currently hiring for Loss Mitigation Underwriters in a fully remote position to support a mortgage client. This position is a long term contract into 2025 with additional opportunity for extension/conversion. The role is responsible for the underwriting of loss mitigation options for all workout types on all loan types . Applicants with prior mortgage loss mitigation underwriting experience are encouraged to apply.

Description:

  • Must be in compliance of established timelines and quality decisions for each file assigned.

  • Evaluate financial status of borrower and provide quality control to loan documents

  • Evaluate credit and risk

  • Aid in the disposition of documents process.

  • Accuracy of documentation and data entry modification

Qualifications:

  • Mortgage loss mitigation underwriting experience,

  • Experience with loan servicing and QC

  • Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat.

  • FHA/VA exp

Additional Details:

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8am-5pm EST

  • 100% remote with equipment provided

  • Long-term contract
