Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with expertise in sourcing for accounting and finance positions within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, particularly in leveraging Workday software for talent acquisition. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate the complex landscape of financial services while attracting top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a contract/contract to hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates for accounting and finance positions within the financial services industry.

  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand position requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and facilitate the recruitment process.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills assessments, to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture.

  • Workday Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday software, leveraging its capabilities to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate pipelines, and generate insightful reports.

  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive relationships and serving as a brand ambassador for the organization.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance talent acquisition efforts.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Ability to report on-site and comfortability fulfilling a contract assignment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on accounting and finance positions within the financial services industry.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using a variety of methods and tools, with a strong preference for experience with Workday software.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
