Field Representative II, MS Onsite Technical Support

12 Hours/wk, M, W, F

8:00am – 12pm

POSITION PROFILE

This position will support client facilities services in a small corporate environment. Services provided to client include overall maintenance of space, vendor escorts, small move management, conference room maintenance, landlord interface, and other support. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs facility walkthroughs and reports of findings

  • Liaise with landlord and customer on building and site issues including parking management, elevator access id’s, etc

  • Troubleshoot AV issues and advise of findings

  • Manage office supplies as required by customer

  • Documenting and maintaining all procedures, data, logs and supporting documents according to management guidelines and maintaining detailed files of such.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

  • Perform various departmental duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.

  • Demonstrate competency in computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Skills And Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize

  • Ability to use, calibrate and troubleshoot office and complex technical equipment,

Working Conditions, MENTAL aND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level

  • Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction · prepare, provide and convey diversified information

  • Some physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that weigh up to 50 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).

  • Moderate dexterity · regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
