(SEL-ES) seeks a professional, innovative, and detailed individual for our Engineering Manager position in Nashua, NH.

As an Engineering Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Owning the performance of an Engineering Services group in conjunction with SEL strategic objectives, ensuring that cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

  • Owning team development and long-term strategy in the group.

  • Leading and developing engineers and supervisors to meet the goals of the organization.

  • Business development within Boston, MA. and the surrounding areas.

  • Applying technical knowledge of power systems and consulting.

  • Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

This job might be for you if you have:

  • A Bachelors in an Engineering field or equivalent combination of education/experience.

  • 5 or more years of related engineering and management.

  • Technical expertise in electrical power systems.

  • A genuine passion for fostering a positive work culture.

  • A proven ability to lead the design and support of successful projects.

  • Proficiency in managing complex business process problems requiring creativity and ingenuity.

  • A strong desire to develop employees and lead projects.

Salary Range Data

$135,000 - $170,000 per year. We are open to reviewing candidates with various levels of experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
