Our client, within Financial Services is seeking a Program Manager (Data Loss Prevention) to join their team. As a DLP Program Manager you will be part of the Cybersecurity Team supporting Defense Monitoring and Data Loss Prevention.

Job Title: DLP Program Manager

Location: Charlotte (NC), Chandler (AZ), Dallas (TX)

What’s the Job?

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded application of cyber security risk management principles, data loss prevention operations, regulatory requirements (GDPR, GLBA, CCPA, etc.) security controls framework (NIST) , strong program management skills, strong communication skills, methodologies and tools, and how to operationalize data loss prevention program to enhance cyber defense tools, techniques, and processes.

  • Lead governance activities and workflows on the newly established DLP Governance Routines, inclusive of Issue Management, Operational governance, Exception management and Policy SME.

  • We are looking for a candidate with strong Cyber risk or Cyber IT Audit knowledge to oversee, aggregate and report risks from inputs such as:

  • Issues

  • Policy Violation/Policy Exceptions

  • Concerns raised from Stakeholders

  • Operational Exceptions management

  • Deep understanding and experience in improving Cyber Security Risk posture and reduce data loss risk

  • Develop partnerships with Wells Fargo’s existing security teams across the lines of business.

What’s Needed?

  • Program and governance lead- looking for someone who can drive initiatives, synthesize data, trends in risk, roll out of initiatives on governance side- entitlements, working with all of the teams

  • GRC- understand implications of regulatory and how Policy will affect DLP

  • Communication-tech into business/ work with audiences/craft communications, audit(Cyber audit and risk) goes into writing controls

  • Data Loss Prevention Experience
