Client Services subject matter expert for fast growing Alternative Investment business. Responsibilities include educating investment professionals on to how to do Alternative Investment business and resolving their inquiries. The Client Services team is the one stop for all matters on the Alternative business including working with investment professionals on the suitability process, application access, trade workflow questions, trade requirements, and troubleshooting for the Alternative business. Other duties are assisting with special projects, on-boarding , and implementation of new products and business support.
- 5+ years of client service experience demonstrated through work or military experience
Strong project management skills
Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Good analysis, tracking, trending, and modeling skills
Experience implementing solutions on behalf of the customer or client, while improving productivity and customer satisfaction
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Strong collaboration skills
Knowledge and understanding of investment and risk management
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
NC-Charlotte: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
