About the Opportunity

As Branch Manager for Pattons, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving operational efficiency within the Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC branches and their surrounding territories.

As Branch Manager for Pattons, you will:

  • Oversee all branch operations including sales, parts, service, customer support, inventory management, and facilities maintenance
  • Manage PandL to ensure business plans and key performance indicators (KPI's) are achieved
  • Develop and execute the branch's annual operating plan (AOP), expense budgets, and monthly sales forecasts
  • Provide world-class customer support acting as the liaison between our customers, branch, and parent company; resolve customer inquiries in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees through performance evaluation reviews, career development planning, training, and hiring of talented candidates
  • Identify and implement performance metrics and continuous improvement strategies to enhance the customer experience, quality of service, branch productivity, and profitability
  • Promote and drive safety and workplace organization through the administration of company safety policies, and compliance requirements
  • Provide periodical updates and deliver presentations to the senior leadership team
  • Perform other tasks as needed or assigned

About You

The Branch Manager opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications:

- - Minimum 5+ years' experience managing a business unit in a distribution environment, including team leadership and PandL responsibility - Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Proficiency with MS Office Suite, ERP systems, CRM systems - Team-oriented and customer-focused - Effective leadership, performance management, and talent development skills - Ability to conduct root cause analyses and resolve problems - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Established project management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks, develop a plan, and own the implementation
