About the role

Generally assigned to medium complexity projects and internal relationships that support the delivery of IT Solutions and drives 3+ areas below: What you need to know:

Business / IT Partnership Relationship Management : Manages the technology priorities, budget, and planning. Responsible for addressing technology service improvements, challenges, and issues with business-facing manages.

Business Service Delivery Execution & Management : Helps drive approved business technology plans and leads the end-to-end service deployment and delivery. Ensures tech systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals. May manage key technology performance indicators and metrics.

Risk Management : Proactively identifies issues and risks; resolves complex operational problems for possibly multiple work groups / functions.

What we’re looking for:

    Education and Years of Experience:

    Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven record of experience in technology roles with required years of experience. 8+ years in IT Business or Systems Analyst supporting Technology Service Delivery, Technology Transformation, or IT Consulting. 3+ years in leadership position; 3+ years of the experience must be in financial services or insurance industry .
