Superior's range of services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general repairs, and various other carpentry services. The company is looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join their team, responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances for their clients.

The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and various other home appliances. The candidate should have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering and should have strong troubleshooting skills. They should have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow a systematic approach to repair appliances.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing a range of home appliances including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and other appliances

  • Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and install for appliances according to manufacturer's specifications

  • Providing accurate quotes and estimates to clients for the repair work required

  • Ordering and sourcing necessary parts for repairs

  • Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and parts used

  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed about the status of repair work

  • Providing recommendations to clients on maintenance of their appliances

  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • General Liability Preferred

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in appliance repair

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Living currently in the U.S
