Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is currently seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant for our Charlotte, North Carolina location. This position is based in a professional office environment. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime for project or other deadlines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Phone support

  • Composing, editing and formatting correspondence and reports

  • Copying and scanning documents for distribution to clients

  • E-filing and emailing documents

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma with UP TO 3 years of experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Typing speed of 50 WPM.

  • Proficient with current office software and equipment including MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat is desirable.
