PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

RGP is looking for a self-starter who collaborates well and demonstrates the RGP values of Talent, Integrity, Enthusiasm, Loyalty, Accountability and Focus. We are in search of a talented office professional to join our team in our Charlotte office. As an Operations Coordinator, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in growing our business by supporting client service, recruiting, marketing and various project initiatives.

ATTRIBUTES OF INDIVIDUALS IN THIS ROLE AT RGP

  • Ability to plan and organize with minimal supervision while developing office goals and objectives consistent with corporate values and strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow procedures and pay careful attention to detail in a fast paced, fluid environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, demonstrating a sense of urgency

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills required for client and professional consultant interaction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Create and manage Client engagements in multiple tools including 3rd party vendor management systems.

  • Generate and compile financial reports requiring use of an internal enterprise system, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Excel.

  • Prepare budget tracking and revenue forecasting reports.

  • Manage special administrative projects with direction from the Regional Director. Examples include: preparing Client statistics, light analysis, and database code updates.

  • Prepare and track standard Client legal documentation, and partner with Legal team as needed.

  • Maintain front office and SOX controls through weekly and monthly audits.

  • Track client invoices and partner with corporate teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and payments using various communication tools.

  • Work with multiple systems to maintain data integrity.

  • Communicate and partner with sales team members to support clients.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional, friendly, diplomatic and collaborative approach

  • Strong PC skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Internet & a capacity to learn new systems quickly

  • Salesforce, SharePoint, Skype for Business and MS Teams are additional programs that are leveraged in our division. While training can be provided, prior experience would be valuable

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least four years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment are preferred
